Getting out of town

While in Taroudant, we spent a lovely day with friends of friends at a nearby casbah - you can see it in one of the snaps. We ate a simple but delicious lunch where the views were spectacular. Strolling through the date palms in the valley, we met a donkey trying to do a runner, which didn't put off either child from mounting a more docile beast later. We topped off the day by learning lots about the world-famous argan plant and its oils.
