Time to play catch-up (part 1)

First off, some snaps from holiday decorating and the big holiday itself.

This is our non-religous nod to the need to hang old and new Christmas ornaments. Every family member (plus G&L when they arrived) got to choose 2 ornaments from our collection to hang. It currently sits empty waiting for Seb's paper snowflake collection.

M decorated himself without even drinking!

This was Santa's gift which Mum really appreciated (and which despite the photo, Seb really likes). Sophie is filled with glee as the marbles tumble out on to the floor and race across the room.

The kids loved opening presents together.

We met Santa at brunch and even Mike was impressed.

Sophie loved her new clothes.

Which is good, as she got a lot of them... (OK, a couple were Sebastian's).

Boxing Day was a shopping day for Lorraine and me, while M worked and George toiled - making a turkey dinner and taking care of 2 young children. This was how we set the table for his fancy and delicious supper.
