Once upon a trip to Ottawa...
It was fleeting but we did nip up to the capital 10 days ago. We managed a trip to Byward market, a picnic and exploration of the Rideau Hall grounds, a visit with the Cormiers, a delicious supper at ``Gino`s restaurant`` also with the Cormiers, and loads of hide and seek. We also had a great afternoon at the revamped Museum of Nature, which you might recognise from a previous photo shoot (Seb as vet).

Someone was asking about the kids' hair. Yes, Seb's is now probably longer than his sister's and finer too. Sophie is NOT enamoured of her clipped locks. She cried when she realised how much had come off. Poor poppet. She hopes one day to wake up and find hair down to her waist. I try to tell her I have the same dream but after all this time,it still hasn't happened.
