Hmm, about this time last year I was in Cairns and expected my in-laws to make it there a month later. I arrived the day after a small cyclone hit not far from the town. Whereas here in T.O. 15+ cm of snow gets the city and citizens in a tizzy. I had to turn off the radio b/c I couldn't stand the constant snow references... Montreal girl that I am.
