New to me shoes

I bought 1 pair last year. I have bought 5 pairs this summer... In my defence, all were 2nd hand or deep discount. And the heels? Because I can and because Seb is way too tall!

Finally out West - part 1

It's been 7 years since most of us were in BC. SEVEN YEARS! Jo arrived first and it has been quite the homecoming. Visits with 7 friends in 4 days and many more visits to come in the next 12 days!!

Jeet & I actually went to hear live music for her birthday!!

There was a heat wave and sadly, smoke from the forest fires. But glorious sunsets and it's cleared, so stunning views of the mountains.

Happy with friends

After so much time apart this school year and now with them working in different towns, it was great that the young man coud get to celebrate H's 18th birthday in person (and inside!). His dad kindly drove him in up (and back) after work and he will stay in Sauble Beach for 5 days or so. Should be lots of fun and hopefully, relieve some of the building stress about imminent change.

Famers Markets

We are hitting up some new Farmers Markets this summer. Humber Bay is a happy, healthy and delicious spot! I swear Sophie enjoyed it!! And the dog can join us.
