| Sophie had qualified for the 800m in the Southern conference of the school board's track and field events. Race day traditions included breakfast at Coras and a post-race ice cream. While she didn't advance, she learnt so much over the 2 months of practicing. Sure hope she has found her "easy exercise". And her dad took the day off work and her Gramps came to town for the day, so not bad for a cheering squad! We were all so proud of her taking on that challenge.  |
