By day 12 of solo parenting, trying to work with no childcare, and living in a small village when I don't drive, I am running out of ideas. So far I have:
- hosted a sleepover
- given the lass a pedicure, complete with nail polish
- fed her lots of pastries and some bonbons
- ordered books on line
- played dog, and school field trip to the potter's, and take care of baby
- shared my bed too many times to count...
