    I well remember a certain pre-teen, after returning with her Dad from a Saturday Greene Avenue shopping trip, thinking to help select/taste/weigh/pack cheese and coffee (and chat) at Le Cafe Gourmet was the dream job! History repeats, apple doesn't fall far from the tree - or whatever chestnut you think appropriate! ......................Grandma Sylvia
